So I have this new writing project in mind but I can't decide whether to use a pen name or not. Though, I believe that I can't use my name since it's going to be totally different from my book, The Art of Asking.
What do you think? Could you help me out? (Honestly, my husband already got a name and his excited about it. Shhhh!) 🤫🤫🤫

A friend once told me that I am not good in writing poems. So, I stopped writing poetries. Today, I came across a class on skillshare about instagram poetry, wherein you express your emotions through words, choose a line or two, and post it on instagram. But as I write, her voice kept on playing inside my head. I don't blame her , I am sure she said it out of good intentions. But, I wasn't able to write a piece, no matter how much I tried (even if I wrote for 2 hours 😭) Today, I am posting this line from one of my previous works. Praying that someday, I may do it again. And hopefully, reignite my passion for writing poetries. 'Til then. ❤

It's been years since I last held my pencil to draw. Now, I doodled using random pens, most of them are blotting. 😔 But I still did my best, that's what matters, right? 🙈🙊 Not as easy as before, kinalawang na ang mga kamay ko. But I promised myself to practice more starting today. Grateful for inspirations. 🥰🥰🥰
P.S. A friend asked me why am I not posting my gratitude post. Actually, my phone stopped working while we're still in the hospital. So I missed so many days already. Will try to continue na lang. 😁😘

[Day 61 of 366] Getting Back on Track
Been stuck in the hospital for more than a month already. For more than a month, I had Mom in my priority and I set aside the rest like business, self care, etc. Today, I woke up somehow refreshed. Now that Mom is getting better, I've decided to get back on track. So I did some random thinking and writing to help me organize my thoughts. Now, I am excited to pick up where I left off. Excited at the same time challenging because life would be different since I still need to nurse mom. But for today, I am so grateful for this opportunity to start anew. Grateful for a restart.

[Day 60 of 366] Midnight Drink
I ate a little early today. So I got hungry a little early, too. But since I am craving for more sleep that food, Honey suggested to have hot choco instead. Now, I can sleep without worrying of my tummy. 😅

[Day 59 of 366] Fresh
Today, we shampoo and gave mommy a sponge bath. Then, like always, we change her sheets and clothes. Look how happy she is, right after! But today I'm grateful for a lot of things: we were able to take off her oxygen, she's now eating rice and on her own.

[Day 58 of 366] Reminder
Posting my gratitude post late because yesterday is a very challenging day. I feel exhausted. I even ask myself how long can I still hold on. But thankful for this message. I saved it to remind myself not to give up. Fighting! 😊
